In Sanskrit and Hindi, phal (फल) means fruit. It also means outcome, and consequence. It is the word for the thing that arrives after cultivation: the result of patient, principled work done well.

Every advisory engagement PHAL undertakes is a seed planted on behalf of a client. The work is the cultivation. The results, growth delivered, institutions transformed, portfolios built, are the phal.
